We are pleased to announce that as of 1st April 2008 Charterhouse is joining WSP Group plc – one of the world’s fastest-growing design and management consultancies.

WSP operates as a specialist in the property and infrastructure sectors providing a full range of services from planning through to design, implementation and maintenance.

Thanks to its multi-disciplinary capability, WSP can offer fully-integrated delivery teams to local and global clients and this will enable the existing staff and clients of Charterhouse unique new opportunities and enhanced support in the future.

All existing projects will continue to be serviced from the Charterhouse teams at our Tunbridge Wells and London offices, thereby ensuring that our transition into the management structure of WSP has no detrimental effect on the delivery and completion of work on which we are engaged.

We hope to build upon our existing relationships through leveraging the additional support and knowledge that becoming part of WSP brings.

Charterhouse Energy Limited, led by Dennis Francis, will continue to operate independently and does not form part of this acquisition.

We are extremely proud of our track record and heritage and this move now enables us to deliver a truly world class service in the future.
